Memory is a terrible archivist. Luckily, I’m a great editor. Plus, I photograph a lot of things, usually mindlessly (but in the end, always fortunately). When time gets involved, the color of these memories fade and context becomes unreliable. What I like to do is pick out the details and decide what’s important. The truth is probably in there somewhere!
